Here, Near, & Far

Our commitment is to meet the practical needs of our neighbors through Community Care and to share the Gospel around the world, growing disciples who make more disciples right here at home, in our community, and to the ends of the earth.

Community Care

Cascade Church is committed to helping meet needs in and around our community. Community Care gives us the opportunity to impact local individuals and families who need help in times of crisis.
Community Care is often a person's first point of contact with the church, and our first chance to share the love of Jesus.

Benevolent Assistance

If you are requesting benevolent assistance please call the church office at 360-794-4600 to set up a time to come in and fill out paperwork. Bring your photo ID as we will need a copy.

Memorial Requests

It is our desire to assist you and your loved ones during a difficult time. The Cascade Church facility is available for memorials, however dates and times are limited. Please contact the office to check availability and begin the planning process at 360.794.4600 or contact memorials@cascadechurch.org

The Generosity Project

The Generosity Project is a resource for Cascade Church members and regular attenders to find ways to be MORE generous - in big ways and little ways, both financially and otherwise. It's all about meeting the needs of those in our community AND expressing needs we're hoping can be met by our Cascade Church family.

Cascade Prison Ministry

Ninety-seven percent of all prisoners incarcerated in the Monroe Correctional Complex (MCC) will one day again be part of our society. These men are criminals, but they are also fathers, husbands, sons, and human beings.

Before these men are released, we want as many as possible to learn of God’s purpose in their lives. Our goal is for them to be spiritually transformed by the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to be equipped to face the challenges of life in the outside world.

We do this through Counseling, Bible Study, and church services inside the prison, and operating a Transition House for newly released men.

The Prison Ministry Team seeks to befriend, love, serve and aid in transforming them into productive and spiritually mature members of society. David Harmsen is a Volunteer Program Supervisor and President of Cascade Prison Ministry.

Church Planting

Church Planting is a part of Cascade’s DNA and we are actively involved in it around the Pacific Northwest.

Learn more about Converge Northwest and our church planting activities here.

 Far

We affirm God's love and offer of redemption extended to all the peoples of the earth. It is His supreme desire to make disciples of His Son among all the peoples of the world and to see His church established among every tribe, tongue, and race.

World Missions

We believe that each Christian is personally accountable for participating in the plan of redemption. Missions, therefore, is not a special interest for a select group in our church; it is for everyone.

On Mission

Join us for discussions with missionaries who have recently returned from trips and from our supported missionary partners serving long term. Everyone is welcome and we meet at 9:30 in CLC202. This is a great way to learn more about Cascade missions and how your generosity is having an impact around the world.

Upcoming Dates:

  • September 22 - Papua New Guinea [ Meets at 11:15 in CLC201 this week]

Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.
— Matthew 28:18-20
