God calls the family to play a vital role in discipling the next generation. How this is accomplished varies from family to family. Here at Cascade we want to come alongside parents as you disciple your family. Children’s Ministry at Cascade Church works with you as we provide age appropriate learning. Like you, we want them to learn from God's Word and seek after a relationship with their Creator and Savior. As the children grow older we dig deeper into the Bible to build a foundation for their relationship with Jesus to grow.
Leave your baby in the loving care of our wonderful team of Nursery & Toddler volunteers, or come in yourself and use the Nursery to care for your own child. We have a changing table, sleeping room, rocking chairs and the Sunday message is shown on flatscreen. We welcome you to use this room as best meets your needs until your baby is ready for preschool classes.
In the Preschool ministry, we strive to create the first building blocks of a strong, gospel-centered foundation for our children. We teach from the Scriptures and help parents proclaim to their kids who God is and what He has done in the person and work of Jesus Christ. On Sundays this energetic and eager to learn group enjoys weekly Bible stories, singing, activities, snacks and crafts.
In our Elementary ministry, we work to continue building up a strong, gospel-centered foundation for your children. We do this by teaching children about the nature and character of God—that He is wise, generous, loving and good. Our hope is to partner with parents in the discipleship of their children by creating environments, curriculum and resources that center on the gospel of Jesus Christ. On Sundays, in CascadeKids, we use Bible centered curriculum, do creative activities, play games, and develop friendships.
