"I was sick and you took care of me, I was in prison and you visited me."
How Can You Help?
Cascade Prison Ministry is completely dependent on donations. Without you, we cannot provide counseling, Bible Study, Family Worship Services, and simple necessities for the men. Consider becoming a monthly donor or attending our annual fundraising banquet and auction. Donations are now being accepted for this year's Auction in October. Click here to donate an item.

Why a Prison Ministry?
Ninety-seven percent of all prisoners incarcerated in the Monroe Correctional Complex (MCC) will one day again be part of our society. These men are criminals, but they are also fathers, husbands, sons, and human beings.
Before these men are released, we want as many as possible to learn of God’s purpose in their lives. Our goal is for them to be spiritually transformed by the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to be equipped to face the challenges of life in the outside world.
We do this through Counseling, Bible Study, Family Worship Services inside the prison (a one of a kind program in the United States), and operating a Transition House for newly released men.
Pastor John Burkholder has found his calling among these men. His life work is to befriend, love, serve, and aid in transforming them into productive and spiritual mature members of society.
Prison Ministry Banquet & Auction
The first Saturday in October.
You're invited to our annual banquet and auction. This is a great evening of food, silent & live auctions and music. Hear testimonies from former inmates about how Cascade Prison Ministry has impacted them. Witness their transformation and God's redemptive plan for their lives.
Consider donating an auction or dessert item, hosting a table of eight, or attending with your family.
